Finn’s chaptersare revealing in what he shares, which constantly kept me on my toes as to what to think about him. A thriller that doesn't overly rely on violence and profanity yet still kept me glued between my headphones until I heard 'Audible hopes you enjoyed'. Bring Me Backbegins by successfully creating an uncertain atmosphere around Finn we learn about his life with Ellen, and what actually happened that fateful night 12 years ago. The narrative is split between the present day and the past and is particularly well-structured towards the end. And yes Layla gets him on his knees and what's more it takes him some time to recover. The story itself follows Finn whose girlfriend Layla disappeared mysteriously twelve years ago on the return journey from a skiing holiday.

Their accents add to the authenticity of the characters and make for very enjoyable listening.

When a character shouts Hely in particular doesn't hold back and while I know this isn't to everyone's taste I like it good and loud when it's appropriate. Bring Me Back is a character driven thriller blessed with quality writing and a clever plot with plenty of twists and turns. PARIS is the New York Times and internationally bestselling author of Behind Closed Doors, The Breakdown, Bring Me Back, The Dilemma, and The Therapist. Paris is forging a strong reputation and this book can surely only enhance it. Well maybe not quite real springtime yet but the snows have receded in the UK and this book is a genuinely hot story.
